If through normal use, your earrings should break, use this link to contact me & explain the problem.

Ship the broken pieces with a copy of your invoice along with $1.00 shipping fee & as long as the pieces are available,
I will replace it at no additional charge.

If you loose one, you can get a replacement, at half price as long as the same beads are still available.
