Are there any warnings associated with your products?
All my products contain small parts that can be swallowed & are NOT intended for children.
A few of my jewelry items contain lead, & should not be used by children.
If I know there is a lead concern with the product, it will be listed in the item description with the warning.
Pregnant Women, or Patients using a Pacemaker SHOULD NEVER wear Magnets!!!
Always talk to your Physician before wearing any magnets.

| I back my products 100%.I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days (minus any Shipping and Handling fees charged). If within 45 days of normal use, there is a problem with the product, email me with a description of the problem before shipping it back along with a copy of your receipt plus a small shipping fee. If it cannot be repaired, or replaced, I will issue store credit. This does not apply if it has been dropped & broken or through intentional misuse to the product. |

| Yes, you will be emailed at the email address Paypal has for you to verify both your address & the address you want it shipped to. If requested, a gift card will be included with your gift. Just specify how you want it signed. If you can't decide what to buy, Gift Certificates through Paypal are also available in $5 increments. |

| You can choose between the ordinary plain style, or special styles with Wedding/Anniversary or Birthday themed gift certificates which can be printed to deliver yourself or emailed to your recipient. Gift Certificates are provided through Paypal. Visit the Gift Certificate page to order. |
How long will that take?
| Because of glue drying time, Wind Chimes, Sun Catchers, & Sea Shell art could take up to a week to make, maybe less. Jewelry & Accessories are usually completed the same day. |

| Orders are shipped within 3 business days. (Customized orders take a few days more) Most of the time orders are shipped the day after verified payment is received. |
How long will it take to get my order?
| Items are shipped from Northwest IN. USPS Priority is usually received within 3 days after the ship date. During Holiday shopping seasons you should allow 5 days (depending on how busy the Post Office is). First Class shipping can take from a couple of days up to 10 days, depending on where it is being shipped to & how busy the Post Office is. |
| All Jewelry, Book Markers, & Crochet towels are shipped USPS 1st Class. Wind Chimes, Sun catchers & Seashell Art are shipped USPS Priority. Free shipping is restricted to within the Continental United States. Free Insurance is included on orders over $40. |
| That just means I've sold the ones that were currently available. If you email me the item you want, I will make one or more for you. It also gives you the opportunity to change anything you want about it... the length, colors etc. |
